Workflow and Service Requests
We will use this app within the Portal to request information from you. You may be instructed to securely upload additional information pertinent to the onboarding process using the Files link. PDF documents or Spreadsheets preferred. This app will be used heavily when in steady state as our central workflow for new transaction posting and reporting requests
Once we receive your documents, we will schedule our initial alignment call to review your system integrations and establish your monthly reporting schedule. Following that, we will set up your accounting profile and begin migrating your books to our platform.
To balance your books accurately and ensure we have the necessary information ready for tax reporting, we require a minimum of two years of detailed historical data.
Please provide the following items to help us get started:
Tax Returns: Business tax returns for the prior two years.
Financial Statements: Year-to-date Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet statements.
Banking Records: The most recent bank and credit card statements for all business accounts.
Legal Documents: Your Articles of Organization or Articles of Incorporation.
Chart of Accounts: Your current Chart of Accounts, if exporting from an existing software.
